At CoreEase, we want you to enjoy a smooth and reliable shopping experience.
Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
❌ No Returns Accepted
We do not accept returns for any orders.
Our products ship directly from our international warehouse, and returning items overseas is extremely expensive.
To keep prices affordable for our customers, all sales are final.
However, we do offer refunds in specific situations explained below.
💰 Refund Eligibility
We only issue refunds when CoreEase is at fault, meaning:
1. Order Delays
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your order has no updates or delivery after 40 days from the shipping date.
(We monitor tracking closely to ensure your package arrives on time.)
2. Damaged Product
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You receive a damaged item
- You provide photo or video evidence
- You report the issue within 20 days of delivery
3. Wrong or Missing Items
We will issue a full refund if:
- You receive the wrong product, size, or color
- An item is missing
- You provide proof (photo/video)
⛔ Important Limits
Please note:
- Refunds cannot be issued after 60 days from the date the order was placed.
- If tracking shows “Delivered”, we cannot issue a refund unless you provide a non-delivery certificate from your local post office.
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. After shipping, cancellation is not possible.
